Ashton Woods is a national homebuilder with more than a dozen communities in the metro area. For their Scottsdale headquarters, PDO designed a sleek, high-end interior that thoughtfully emphasizes their bold, collaborative culture. The deep tones in the material palette contrast with the warmth of softer wood tones to create the sense of balance and community that the client offers potential homebuyers, in a dramatic and engaging space.

In the break room, PDO designers created a feeling of contemporary luxury with round, modern light fixtures and a unique millwork approach, designing the feature wall to feel like custom, built-in furniture rather than standard cabinetry. Using custom shelving supported by sleek metal brackets and a full surround on all sides, the millwork appears to be a single freestanding piece. The resulting space is one of elevated, harmonious quality that echoes the core elements of Ashton Woods’ brand.
