Rio 2100 is a 60-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Tempe’s vibrant business environment. PDO designed a two-story lobby to attract potential office tenants, creating a contemporary format and a neutral color palette where any business could feel at home. The two story space features vertical elements that help to draw attention to its height, as well as light fixtures that emphasize forward movement, for a dynamic environment.
