PDO crafted a sophisticated, high end space for real estate developer and manager Hines’ updated Phoenix office. PDO gave the office space a hospitality-inspired treatment, with the dark, moody, and classic feel of a speakeasy or private club. The striking reception desk and feature wall create a touch of drama with rich materials such as veined quartz and marble, walnut wood tones, and washes of glowing accent light. The result is a sophisticated yet welcoming ambiance at the main entrance that really draws people in.

The break room is a warm and comfortable retreat, with floor-to-ceiling glass that gives way to stunning city and mountain views. It mirrors the luxury found elsewhere in the suite with marble-look counters and wood cabinetry, but with a brightness that reflects the light-filled space. Throughout the project, PDO found ways to maintain the space’s welcoming and refined aesthetic while creatively resolving challenges (such as obtrusive ductwork) to create a timeless and luxurious result.
