Offerpad

PDO worked quickly on a tight timeline to create this award-winning headquarters for Offerpad, a company with a vision for a better home selling experience. Offerpad wanted their headquarters to reflect their brand story in every aspect of their space, infusing it with personality down to the last fiber. PDO met this challenge by incorporating the company’s brand colors in innovative ways, and developing a material palette that would become the company standard. 

It was key to help the space speak to the reinvention of the home sale process that Offerpad has created. PDO added a mezzanine to the existing tenant space that creates a central multi-story structure that’s easily visible from all areas of the floor. This central “home” acts as a relaxing support space for employees, where a brief break can literally change their perspective. Additional team areas expand on the feeling of home, bringing in familiar residential elements but with a twist of color or scale that creates bright, fun spaces.
