Underutilized square footage is just opportunity waiting for a vision. This was the inspiration driving PDO as we established a new amenity center at Hayden Ferry Lakeside, a Cousins Properties trophy office building in Tempe, AZ.
PDO designers Sophia Humphrey, Avalyn Zizzo and Rene Kinser reimagined this underutilized space with hospitality-inspired character, applying rich materials and high-impact architectural details to create a vibe that speaks to Tempe’s younger workforce.
