RST Amenity Center

The Reserve at San Tan is a 50-acre office park in a highly desirable market, with a broad range of tenants from local to national businesses. The Reserve’s Amenity Center, designed by PDO to be a fun, creative space to support tenants and their employees, is one of the development’s primary assets. It serves as a connector for the two wings of the development and acts as the functional hub of The Reserve, buzzing with activity.

The Amenity Center’s vibrant colors, bright, naturally-lit spaces, and sleek materials give it a fun, urban feel and make it a place where tenants want to hang out, take informal meetings, and support their work life without having to leave the property. PDO also designed the open space to be extremely flexible as the development grows, easily adapting to accommodate a variety of seating configurations, meeting areas, and a possible future deli or coffee shop.
