In the heart of the Central Phoenix Business Corridor, PDO helped a new owner refresh and revitalize an existing office tower. The owner wanted to attract new tenants and retain existing ones by creating a fun, energetic atmosphere and offering new, state-of-the-art amenities. To accomplish these goals, PDO updated the dark, dated finishes in the first floor former bank space to create a bright and welcoming suite of amenities.

The entire space is revitalized by the addition of the light-filled tenant lounge, including a kitchen, game tables, and a quiet “vault” to relax. Casual meeting spaces as well as large, reservable conference rooms allow tenants to gain tremendous functionality in addition to their own office spaces. The whole space feels modern and warm, with vibrant pops of color and pattern, and is sure to make tenants feel right at home.

The former bank vault, a remnant of the previous tenant, was repurposed as a cozy quiet space with textural wallcovering, rich colors and comfortable seating.
The communal cafe area is a popular hit with the tenants in the building. Varied seating types, natural light, and fashionable furniture styles appeal to all. Users can take advantage of the amenities on a daily basis and the space can be rented for special functions.
